Ingredients

Showing the cocktail. Switch to Mocktail for the alcohol-free version.

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Bermuda rum or dark Jamaican rum
  • ¾ oz (22 ml) fresh lime juice
  • ¾ oz (22 ml) grenadine
  • 2 dashes absinthe
  • crushed ice
  • lime wheel, to garnish
  • maraschino cherry, to garnish
  • 2–3 Richberry halves

How to Make It

  1. Shake

Add the rum, lime juice, grenadine and absinthe to a cocktail shaker and shake without ice until frothy.

  2. Pour and swizzle

Pour into a Collins glass filled with crushed ice. Swizzle with a bar spoon, then pile more crushed ice on top.

  3. Garnish

Finish with the lime wheel and a maraschino cherry.

  4. Add the Richberry twist

Just before your first sip, chew 2–3 Richberry halves gently and let them linger for about 30 seconds. Discard any pit, then taste how the sour notes turn sweet.

Richberry changes the taste, not the drink: a cocktail may taste softer, but it is just as strong. Please enjoy it responsibly.
