- 2 large strawberries, chopped, plus extra to garnish
- 2 tbsp strawberry preserves
- 3 oz vodka
- ice
- 12 oz ginger beer
- 2 lime wedges, to garnish
- 2–3 Richberry halves
How to Make It
Muddle the strawberries
Divide the chopped strawberries between 2 copper mugs or glasses and crush them to a pulp with a muddler or the back of a spoon.
Add preserves and vodka
Add 1 tbsp strawberry preserves and 1½ oz vodka to each mug and stir until well combined.
Top with ginger beer
Fill the mugs with ice, top each with 6 oz ginger beer and stir. Garnish with the lime wedges and extra strawberries and serve straight away.
Add the Richberry twist
Just before your first sip, chew 2–3 Richberry halves gently and let them linger for about 30 seconds. Discard any pit, then taste how the sour notes turn sweet.
Richberry changes the taste, not the drink: a cocktail may taste softer, but it is just as strong. Please enjoy it responsibly.
