Ingredients

- 1½ cups ice cubes
- 2 fl oz pisco
- 1 fl oz lime juice
- ¾ fl oz bitter orange aperitif
- ½ fl oz lemon juice
- ½ fl oz grapefruit juice
- 1 lemon twist, to garnish
- 2–3 Richberry halves
How to Make It
Shake
Put the ice in a cocktail shaker and add the pisco, lime juice, bitter orange aperitif, lemon juice and grapefruit juice. Shake a few times to combine.
Pour and garnish
Pour everything, ice included, into a tall glass and garnish with the lemon twist.
Add the Richberry twist
Just before your first sip, chew 2–3 Richberry halves gently and let them linger for about 30 seconds. Discard any pit, then taste how the sour notes turn sweet.
Richberry changes the taste, not the drink: a cocktail may taste softer, but it is just as strong. Please enjoy it responsibly.

Mocktail (Non-Alcoholic)
The tonic's quinine bitterness stands in for the bitter aperitif.
