Rolled meat roast on a grey plate, decorated with black olives, red chillies, basil and rosemary
Cheesy. Crispy. Comforting.

Ingredients

  • 1 boneless skinless turkey breast, cut into bite-size pieces
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 package stuffing mix (about 6 oz)
  • 2 cups broccoli, chopped
  • ½ cup milk

How to make it

  1. Make the stuffing base

Heat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Prepare the stuffing mix as the packet directs and spread it over the base of a casserole dish.

  2. Add turkey and broccoli

Scatter the broccoli and turkey evenly over the stuffing.

  3. Pour over the sauce

Stir the cream of chicken soup and milk together, then spoon it over everything.

  4. Top and bake

Sprinkle with the cheddar and bake for 30 minutes, until bubbling and the turkey is cooked through.

The Richberry difference

A naturally brighter taste

Miraculin, the protein in the miracle berry, can make sour flavours taste sweeter for a while. The food itself stays the same; only your taste changes.

Tip

Raw turkey must reach 165°F (74°C); if your pieces are large, bake a little longer, or use leftover cooked turkey instead.

Serve with

A crisp green salad with a sharp lemon dressing, or cranberry sauce on the side.

Richberry tip

Just before you eat, chew 1–2 halves gently and let them linger for about 30 seconds. Discard any pit.
