- ice
- 1 fl oz gin
- 1 fl oz Lillet Blanc
- 1 fl oz Cointreau
- 1 fl oz fresh lemon juice
- ⅛ tsp absinthe
- maraschino cherry, to garnish
- 2–3 Richberry halves
How to Make It
Rinse the glass
Spoon the absinthe into a cocktail glass and swirl it to coat the inside.
Shake
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the gin, Lillet Blanc, Cointreau and lemon juice. Shake well.
Strain and garnish
Strain into the absinthe-rinsed glass and garnish with a maraschino cherry.
Add the Richberry twist
Just before your first sip, chew 2–3 Richberry halves gently and let them linger for about 30 seconds. Discard any pit, then taste how the sour notes turn sweet.
Richberry changes the taste, not the drink: a cocktail may taste softer, but it is just as strong. Please enjoy it responsibly.
