Classic Whiskey Sour
Just whiskey and fresh lemon juice, shaken hard for 30 seconds and finished with a maraschino cherry. Bold and very sour on its own, it's a drink for chewing a few Richberry halves before the first sip.

Ingredients

- 2 fl oz lemon juice
- 5 fl oz whiskey
- 1 cup ice
- 3 maraschino cherries, to garnish
- 2–3 Richberry halves
How to Make It
Shake
Put the lemon juice and whiskey in a cocktail shaker and fill with the ice. Cover and shake for about 30 seconds, until the shaker is frosty.
Strain and garnish
Strain into 3 martini glasses, or tumblers full of ice, and garnish each with a maraschino cherry.
Add the Richberry twist
Just before your first sip, chew 2–3 Richberry halves gently and let them linger for about 30 seconds. Discard any pit, then taste how the sour notes turn sweet.
Richberry changes the taste, not the drink: a cocktail may taste softer, but it is just as strong. Please enjoy it responsibly.
