Ingredients

- 4 oz fresco de arroz con piña (rice and pineapple drink)
- 2 oz dry sake
- ice cubes
- fresh pineapple cubes, to garnish
- 2–3 Richberry halves
How to Make It
Stir
Fill a glass with ice, pour in the fresco and sake and stir to combine.
Or blend
For a frosty version, pulse the fresco, sake and ice together in a blender instead.
Garnish
Garnish with the pineapple cubes and serve.
Add the Richberry twist
Just before your first sip, chew 2–3 Richberry halves gently and let them linger for about 30 seconds. Discard any pit, then taste how the sour notes turn sweet.
Richberry changes the taste, not the drink: a cocktail may taste softer, but it is just as strong. Please enjoy it responsibly.
