Ingredients

- 3 fresh cherries, halved and pitted
- ice
- 1 orange slice
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 2 oz ginger beer
- 1 oz Aperol
- Prosecco, to top
- 2–3 Richberry halves
How to Make It
Muddle the cherries
Put the cherries in a stemless wine glass or rocks glass and muddle them lightly.
Build
Fill the glass with ice and squeeze the orange slice over it. Add the lime juice, ginger beer and Aperol and stir well.
Top and serve
Top with Prosecco and serve straight away.
Add the Richberry twist
Just before your first sip, chew 2–3 Richberry halves gently and let them linger for about 30 seconds. Discard any pit, then taste how the sour notes turn sweet.
Richberry changes the taste, not the drink: a cocktail may taste softer, but it is just as strong. Please enjoy it responsibly.
Cheers to Bolder Flavours, Brighter Moments
A cherry-ginger spritz, reimagined with Richberry.
Mocktail (Non-Alcoholic)
Without the Aperol the ginger beer leads; squeeze in a little extra orange to bring back some of the bittersweet edge.
