Ingredients
Showing the cocktail. Switch to Mocktail for the alcohol-free version.
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp pickle juice
- ¼ tsp Cajun seasoning, or more to taste
- 6½ oz tomato-vegetable juice
- 2 fl oz vodka
- 1 cup ice
- 2–3 Richberry halves
How to Make It
Mix the seasoning
Stir the lemon juice, soy sauce, pickle juice and Cajun seasoning together in a tall glass until the seasoning dissolves.
Add the tomato juice
Pour in the tomato-vegetable juice and stir well.
Add vodka and ice
Stir in the vodka, then add the ice and serve.
Add the Richberry twist
Just before your first sip, chew 2–3 Richberry halves gently and let them linger for about 30 seconds. Discard any pit, then taste how the sour notes turn sweet.
Richberry changes the taste, not the drink: a cocktail may taste softer, but it is just as strong. Please enjoy it responsibly.
Cheers to Bolder Flavours, Brighter Moments
A spicy brunch favourite, reimagined with Richberry.
Mocktail (Non-Alcoholic)
Without the vodka it's a Virgin Mary; add an extra splash of pickle juice or a pinch more Cajun seasoning to keep the kick.
