Bumble Bee
Aged rum and fresh lime shaken with egg white into a silky, very tart sour, with a dash of Angostura dotted on the foam. Chew a few Richberry halves beforehand and the lime tastes almost like honey.

Ingredients
Showing the cocktail. Switch to Mocktail for the alcohol-free version.
- 2 oz (60 ml) aged rum
- ¾ oz (22 ml) fresh lime juice
- 1 large egg white
- ice
- dash Angostura bitters, to garnish
- 2–3 Richberry halves
How to Make It
Dry shake
Add the rum, lime juice and egg white to a cocktail shaker and shake hard without ice for about 10 seconds to whip up the egg white.
Shake with ice
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously again until well chilled.
Strain and finish
Strain into a coupe glass and drop the dash of Angostura bitters onto the foam.
Add the Richberry twist
Just before your first sip, chew 2–3 Richberry halves gently and let them linger for about 30 seconds. Discard any pit, then taste how the sour notes turn sweet.
Richberry changes the taste, not the drink: a cocktail may taste softer, but it is just as strong. Please enjoy it responsibly.
