- 8 blueberries
- 2 slices lime (about ¼ lime)
- 5 mint leaves
- 3 oz white rum
- 3 tbsp simple syrup
- ice
- 2 tbsp soda water, or to taste
- 3–4 blueberries, to garnish, optional
- 2–3 mint leaves, to garnish, optional
- 2–3 Richberry halves
How to Make It
Muddle
Put the blueberries, lime slices, mint leaves and simple syrup in the bottom of a tall glass and muddle to release the juices.
Add rum and soda
Fill the glass with ice, add the rum and soda water and stir. Add more soda to taste.
Garnish
Top with a few extra blueberries and mint leaves if you like.
Add the Richberry twist
Just before your first sip, chew 2–3 Richberry halves gently and let them linger for about 30 seconds. Discard any pit, then taste how the sour notes turn sweet.
Richberry changes the taste, not the drink: a cocktail may taste softer, but it is just as strong. Please enjoy it responsibly.
