Blood Orange Margarita
Blood orange juice gives this margarita a deep ruby colour and a berry-like tang alongside silver tequila and lime. Pair it with Richberry and the tart juice tastes like ripe fruit.

Ingredients

- kosher salt, for the rim, optional
- 2 oz blood orange juice
- 1½ oz silver tequila
- 1 oz lime juice
- ice
- 2–3 Richberry halves
How to Make It
Salt the rim
If you like a salted rim, moisten the edge of the glass and dip it in kosher salt.
Stir
Fill a cocktail shaker or mixing glass with ice, add the blood orange juice, tequila and lime juice and stir well.
Strain and serve
Strain into the glass over fresh ice and serve straight away.
Add the Richberry twist
Just before your first sip, chew 2–3 Richberry halves gently and let them linger for about 30 seconds. Discard any pit, then taste how the sour notes turn sweet.
Richberry changes the taste, not the drink: a cocktail may taste softer, but it is just as strong. Please enjoy it responsibly.
