Bin Gitters
A gimlet twist of gin and fresh lime swizzled over crushed ice, with four dashes of Angostura floating on top. Bracing and sour, it tastes remarkably mellow once you have chewed a couple of Richberry halves.

Ingredients
Showing the cocktail. Switch to Mocktail for the alcohol-free version.
- 2 oz (60 ml) gin
- 1 oz (30 ml) fresh lime juice
- 4 dashes Angostura bitters
- crushed ice
- mint sprig, to garnish
- 2–3 Richberry halves
How to Make It
Dry shake
Shake the gin and lime juice briefly in a cocktail shaker without ice.
Swizzle
Pour into a double rocks glass packed with crushed ice and swizzle with a bar spoon until the glass frosts.
Top and garnish
Dash the bitters over the top so they sit on the ice, then add a mint sprig.
Add the Richberry twist
Just before your first sip, chew 2–3 Richberry halves gently and let them linger for about 30 seconds. Discard any pit, then taste how the sour notes turn sweet.
Richberry changes the taste, not the drink: a cocktail may taste softer, but it is just as strong. Please enjoy it responsibly.

A crushed-ice gimlet, reimagined with Richberry.
Mocktail (Non-Alcoholic)
Pour the lime over crushed ice, top with tonic water and swizzle; the tonic brings back some of the bitter edge.
