Ingredients

- 1 (3 oz) packet tropical fruit jelly mix
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup triple berry vodka
- 2–3 Richberry halves
How to Make It
Dissolve the jelly
Tip the jelly mix into a medium bowl, pour over the boiling water and stir until it has completely dissolved.
Add the vodka
Pour in the berry vodka and stir well.
Chill until set
Pour into small paper cups and refrigerate for about 3 hours, until set.
Add the Richberry twist
Just before your first sip, chew 2–3 Richberry halves gently and let them linger for about 30 seconds. Discard any pit, then taste how the sour notes turn sweet.
