Ingredients
Showing the cocktail. Switch to Mocktail for the alcohol-free version.
- 1 bottle zinfandel or other red wine
- 1 cup rum
- 1 orange, sliced
- 1½ cups blackberries
- 1½ cups blueberries
- 1½ cups raspberries
- mint sprig, optional
- 12 oz lime soda
- ice, optional
- 2–3 Richberry halves
How to Make It
Muddle the fruit
Put the wine, rum, orange slices and berries in a pitcher or large glass bowl. Press the fruit gently with a large spoon and stir so it releases its juice.
Chill
Stir in the mint if using, cover tightly and refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours, until cold.
Add soda and serve
Just before serving, stir in the lime soda. Pour over ice if you like.
Add the Richberry twist
Just before your first sip, chew 2–3 Richberry halves gently and let them linger for about 30 seconds. Discard any pit, then taste how the sour notes turn sweet.
Richberry changes the taste, not the drink: a cocktail may taste softer, but it is just as strong. Please enjoy it responsibly.

Mocktail (Non-Alcoholic)
