Ingredients

Showing the cocktail. Switch to Mocktail for the alcohol-free version.

  • 2 oz gin
  • ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1 oz honey syrup
  • ice
  • 1 large ice cube, to serve
  • lavender bitters, optional
  • lemon peel, to garnish
  • 2–3 Richberry halves

How to Make It

  1. Shake

Add the gin, lemon juice and honey syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake for about 30 seconds, until frost forms on the outside.

  2. Strain and garnish

Put the large ice cube in a cocktail or old-fashioned glass and strain the drink over it. Add a dash of lavender bitters if you like, then garnish with lemon peel.

  3. Add the Richberry twist

Just before your first sip, chew 2–3 Richberry halves gently and let them linger for about 30 seconds. Discard any pit, then taste how the sour notes turn sweet.

Richberry changes the taste, not the drink: a cocktail may taste softer, but it is just as strong. Please enjoy it responsibly.
