- 2 very ripe avocados
- ½ cup bittersweet dark chocolate, melted
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- ¼ cup almond milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch sea salt
- coconut whipped cream, for topping (optional)
- strawberries, for topping (optional)
Directions
Blend the mousse.
Put the avocados, melted chocolate, cocoa powder, almond milk, vanilla, and salt in a food processor or high-speed blender. Blend for about 2 minutes until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.

Spoon the mousse into four bowls or jars. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour so it firms to a mousse-like texture.
Top and serve.
Serve cold, topped with coconut whipped cream and strawberries if you like.
