Ingredients
Showing the cocktail. Switch to Mocktail for the alcohol-free version.
- 2 oz (60 ml) gin
- ¾ oz (22 ml) fresh lemon juice
- ¾ oz (22 ml) orgeat
- ice
- 1 Luxardo cherry, to garnish
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters, to finish
- 2–3 Richberry halves
How to Make It
Shake
Add the gin, lemon juice and orgeat to a cocktail shaker, fill with ice and shake vigorously.
Strain
Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Garnish
Drop the Luxardo cherry into the glass so it sinks to the bottom, then dash the bitters over the surface.
Add the Richberry twist
Just before your first sip, chew 2–3 Richberry halves gently and let them linger for about 30 seconds. Discard any pit, then taste how the sour notes turn sweet.
Richberry changes the taste, not the drink: a cocktail may taste softer, but it is just as strong. Please enjoy it responsibly.
