Ingredients
Showing the cocktail. Switch to Mocktail for the alcohol-free version.
- 2 oz (60 ml) Jamaican rum
- 1 oz (30 ml) Pedro Ximénez sherry
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- ice
- long lemon twist, to garnish
- 2–3 Richberry halves
How to Make It
Stir
Combine the rum, sherry and bitters in a mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled.
Strain
Strain into a coupe glass.
Add the twist
Squeeze the lemon twist in half over the drink to release its oils, run it round the rim, then drop it in.
Add the Richberry twist
Just before your first sip, chew 2–3 Richberry halves gently and let them linger for about 30 seconds. Discard any pit, then taste how the sour notes turn sweet.
Richberry changes the taste, not the drink: a cocktail may taste softer, but it is just as strong. Please enjoy it responsibly.
