Air Mail Cocktail
Light rum, lime and lemon shaken cold and poured into a flute with a splash of chilled Champagne. Dry and zesty on its own; after a few Richberry halves, the citrus comes across honeyed.

Ingredients
Showing the cocktail. Switch to Mocktail for the alcohol-free version.
- 1 fl oz light rum
- ½ fl oz lime juice
- ½ fl oz lemon concentrate
- 1 cup ice
- 1 tbsp Champagne, chilled
- 2–3 Richberry halves
How to Make It
Shake
Put the rum, lime juice and lemon concentrate in a cocktail shaker with the ice, cover and shake until well chilled.
Strain and top
Strain into a Champagne flute and top with the chilled Champagne.
Add the Richberry twist
Just before your first sip, chew 2–3 Richberry halves gently and let them linger for about 30 seconds. Discard any pit, then taste how the sour notes turn sweet.
Richberry changes the taste, not the drink: a cocktail may taste softer, but it is just as strong. Please enjoy it responsibly.
