Ingredients
Showing the cocktail. Switch to Mocktail for the alcohol-free version.
- 1½ oz (44 ml) white rum
- ½ oz (15 ml) calvados
- 1 oz (30 ml) fresh lime juice
- 11 ml orgeat
- 11 ml cinnamon syrup
- ice
- lime wheel, to garnish
- 2–3 Richberry halves
How to Make It
Shake
Add the rum, calvados, lime juice, orgeat and cinnamon syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake hard until very cold.
Strain and garnish
Strain into a chilled coupe and float a lime wheel on top.
Add the Richberry twist
Just before your first sip, chew 2–3 Richberry halves gently and let them linger for about 30 seconds. Discard any pit, then taste how the sour notes turn sweet.
Richberry changes the taste, not the drink: a cocktail may taste softer, but it is just as strong. Please enjoy it responsibly.
Cheers to Bolder Flavours, Brighter Moments
A spiced daiquiri, reimagined with Richberry.
Mocktail (Non-Alcoholic)
Replace the rum and calvados with cloudy apple juice to keep the orchard note alongside the orgeat and cinnamon.
