Ingredients

Showing the cocktail. Switch to Mocktail for the alcohol-free version.

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Puerto Rican rum
  • 1 oz (30 ml) white rum
  • ½ oz (15 ml) overproof demerara rum
  • 1 oz (30 ml) fresh pineapple juice
  • ¼ oz (7 ml) fresh lime juice
  • 1 bar spoon passion fruit syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • crushed ice
  • mint sprigs, to garnish
  • 2–3 Richberry halves

How to Make It

  1. Build

Pour the three rums, pineapple juice, lime juice, passion fruit syrup and bitters straight into a tiki mug or tall glass.

  2. Swizzle

Fill with crushed ice and swizzle with a bar spoon until the outside frosts, then heap more crushed ice on top.

  3. Garnish

Tuck a generous bunch of mint sprigs into the ice.

  4. Add the Richberry twist

Just before your first sip, chew 2–3 Richberry halves gently and let them linger for about 30 seconds. Discard any pit, then taste how the sour notes turn sweet.

Richberry changes the taste, not the drink: a cocktail may taste softer, but it is just as strong. Please enjoy it responsibly.

A tiki classic, reimagined with Richberry.

Mocktail (Non-Alcoholic)

Leave out the rums and bitters and build it with extra pineapple juice over plenty of crushed ice.
