Ingredients
- 2 bags microwave popcorn
- 1 ½ cups white chocolate chips
- 1 large lemon
Directions
Pop the popcorn.
Pop both bags, pick out as many unpopped kernels as you can and tip the popcorn into a very large bowl with room to stir.
Melt the chocolate.
Microwave the white chocolate chips at half power in 30-second bursts, stirring between each, until melted and smooth.
Coat the popcorn.
Pour half the chocolate over the popcorn and stir well, then add the rest and keep stirring until every piece is coated. Spread in a single layer on parchment paper.
Add the lemon.
Zest the lemon before cutting it (you need 2 to 3 tablespoons). While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle over half the zest, toss, add the rest, then squeeze half the lemon over the popcorn straight away.
