Real Ingredients Brighter Days

Ingredients

  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 cup mango chunks
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup non-fat yogurt
  • 1–2 halves Richberry (chew just before serving)

Instructions

  1. Blend the fruit

Pulse the banana, mango and pineapple with the yogurt until smooth but still thick, stopping to stir now and then.

  2. Adjust the texture

Add a splash of liquid only if the blender needs it, keeping the mixture thick enough to eat with a spoon.

  3. Add the toppings

Spoon into bowls and finish with your favourite toppings.

  4. Enhance the experience

Just before your first spoonful, chew 1–2 halves of Richberry and let them linger for about 30 seconds. Discard any pit if necessary.
