Real Ingredients Brighter Days

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cups porridge oats (rolled oats)
  • 2 cups non-fat yogurt
  • 14 oz strawberries, hulled and washed
  • 1–2 halves Richberry (chew just before serving)

Instructions

  1. Grind the oats

Blend the oats on their own until finely ground. This keeps the smoothie silky rather than grainy.

  2. Add the rest

Add the yogurt and strawberries and blend again until smooth.

  3. Adjust and serve

The smoothie is very thick, so loosen it with a splash of water if you like. Pour into glasses and serve.

  4. Enhance the experience

Just before your first sip, chew 1–2 halves of Richberry and let them linger for about 30 seconds. Discard any pit if necessary.
